We have over 10 year’s experience under our belt and having achieved multiple industry awards, together with our recently announced investment of £1million over a 2 year period, we are excited to grow our business further and are looking for a Implementation Consultant to help us on our journey.
THE ROLE: Implementation Consultant
The implementation consultant role is a critical part of our Team. You will be responsible for the initial setup of the customer and training on the Workpal system.
As the implementation consultant you will drive to achieve customer satisfaction through initial setup and training, being an advisor and source of advice for customers and understanding customer issues and ensuring customers receive regular updates.
Reporting to: Service Delivery Manager
Hours of work: 39.5 per week excluding meal breaks
Salary: £26k starting salary depending on experience
The Team
The Teams are based in our Belfast office. They work closely alongside each other and comprise of Sales, Implementation and Support Teams.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1. 1+ years’ experience in a similar role/transferable skills
2. Previous customer-facing experience
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages
4. Excellent attention to detail, organised and task focussed with a methodical approach to work
5. Excellent communicator at all levels in both spoken and written formats
6. Maintains accuracy and composure under pressure
7. Project Management Experience
8. You will have exceptional people skills. Your manner is approachable, patient and confident
9. Communicate and provide training, at all levels, both verbally and in writing, face to face or by webinar
10. Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work individually as well as a team
11. Thrive in a fast-paced, task focussed environment with the ability to work independently to tight deadlines
12. An interest in technology is preferred
