The primary role of the Jnr Div Information Manager is to: Ensure that current IM governance policy is quickly interpreted and applied Assure team members are kept advised and follow policy so all types of information is handled appropriately Utilise their knowledge, skills and experience of working with the MS Office suite of applications Represent senior leaders at IM meetings and working groups and feedback their findings and observations Line manage Jnr Div’s two Administrative Officers Maintaining training records and assure compliance by reporting feedback to higher authorities via quarterly returns The Jnr Div focal point for MoDNet and conduct staff arrival inductions and exit briefings so user accounts can be opened and closed for incoming and exiting staff. Assess and scrutinise requests to spend Public Funds Collaborate with and support Jnr Div’s Budget Holder, LCSC’s finance lead and the Local Purchasing Officer when developing and submitting requests to procure new or replacement equipment
