Contract Manager
A Contract Manager is needed on a permanent basis for a leading company specializing in mechanical and electrical solutions. This position is office based, overseeing contracts across London, Wimbledon, Kensington, Hammersmith, Notting Hill and surrounding areas.
The Role
My client is seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple contracts. The role involves managing budgets, schedules, and resources while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Duties
* Ensure compliance with company processes and protocols.
* Manage and populate budget sheets.
* Lead weekly internal progress meetings.
* Keep sight of programme requirements and identify potential issues.
* Review and issue variations/instructable works.
* Review subcontractor variation claims presented by the M&E Project Manager.
* Lead monthly budget meetings.
* Review, attend, and issue applications with clients.
* Attend monthly GRL/OPS meetings.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
* Extensive experience in managing contracts within the mechanical and/or electrical sectors.
* A strong understanding of project delivery, budget control, and stakeholder management.
* Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with a results-driven mindset.
* The ability to travel to sites within London and occasionally further afield as needed.
