Job Description
SIXT is looking for a Regional Performance Trainer to train and develop rental sales agent in the areas of exceptional sales & service in addition to branch managers on how to sustain high performing teams. Your primary focus will be training on optimizing the rental experience by selling extras based on the customer's needs, providing exceptional customer service and upskilling location leaders in coaching & leadership. The Regional Sales Performance Manager will be expected to become an expert on our fleet and ancillary products and ensure that the branches in their region are properly educating our customers on the products that will enhance their rental experience.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
* Coaches branch managers on how to train the rental agents on sales, service and goal-setting
* Conducts and documents Rental Sales Agent Coaching and Feedback evaluations to provide data driven feedback to the respective Branch Managers and leadership team
* Advises as an expert on all vehicles in the Sixt fleet, all protection items, and all extras
* Regularly meets with branch managers and regional managers to review branch progress, completes daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
* Meets all sales and service standards
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
* Minimum 3 years customer service or sales experience
* Experience meeting sales quotas or working in highly commissioned positions
* preferred
* Ability to provide and translate quantified data into concrete actions to improve the performance of operational teams and monitor the impact of your actions
* Can commit to 80% travel in Southern region, rarely with overnights
* Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building
* Strong verbal and written communication
* Strong organizational and multi-tasking
