The role of the Nutrition Customer Advisor is to provide exceptional customer service, guidance and support to customers with dietary needs & healthcare professionals with inquiries. This role is located in Trowbridge however is mostly remote and is an integral part of the FMCG industry. Description Customer Experience: Provide high-quality customer service by offering advice on a range of products, delivering information and reassurance in an empathetic, enthusiastic, and friendly manner. Service Support: Assist in escalating medical queries and supporting effective workflows. Provide ad-hoc cover as needed. Knowledge Management: Maintain a high-quality knowledge base within the Customer Relationship Management tool. Team Collaboration: Act as a key link with the medical affairs team, staying updated on activities and ensuring updates are communicated to the resource center. Escalation Procedures: Follow correct escalation procedures and collaborate with all business areas. Contribute data, feedback, trends, and analysis to monthly reports to improve products and services. Service/Product Improvement: Actively participate in service and product improvement, proactively highlighting areas for enhancement to the wider business. Customer Satisfaction: Anticipate and respond to customer feedback and comments, developing action plans to improve service. Product Expertise: Become an expert in either adult or paediatric product ranges while maintaining broad knowledge of other products in the portfolio. Profile A successful Nutrition Customer Advisor should have: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with Healthcare Professionals and sometimes customers. Nutrition or nutrition related degree Previous customer advisory experience (either on phone or in-person) Strong initiative, attention to detail & accuracy to ensure advice given is correct and true. A solid understanding of nutrition and dietary needs. The ability to handle complex customer inquiries and complaints. Knowledge of the FMCG industry and its products. An aptitude for working as part of a team in a customer service environment. Job Offer A competitive salary range of approximately £15 - £18.50 per hour (£26,000 - £32,000 annual).
