Executive Support Officer
Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract type: Permanent
Working hours: Full-time - 5 days (35 hours) per week

This is an exciting time for Norfolk’s largest conservation charity as it approaches its centenary in 2026 and continues to expand its vital work for Norfolk’s wildlife and we now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated executive support officer to join our team.
Working to a high standard of professionalism and discretion, you will demonstrate a positive and approachable outlook and be responsible for providing comprehensive and confidential executive support service to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Excellent co-ordination, collaboration and delivery skills are essential to allow you to provide flexible high-quality support, including effective and efficient management of his diary, meetings, correspondence and key events, enabling the CEO to focus on leading the Trust in the delivery of our strategy.
You will play a key role in organising and managing an accurate organisational calendar and a range of trust events including leadership meetings, all staff days, conferences, talks and more. Strong computer literacy and presentation skills will enable you to support our regular performance and management reporting and produce professional internal and external presentation materials.
Highly organised and able to work independently, you will show initiative in anticipating and resolving problems as needed. You will possess excellent communication skills and your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to develop effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and colleagues at all levels, both internally and externally.
