Role Purpose To provide a comprehensive financial, administrative, coordination and quality assurance support function to site managers, supervisors, business manager and contracted customer(s) Key Duties Producing Financial and statistical reports for contract portfolio Raise quotes and purchase orders for engineers & sub-contractors Complete and compile month end billing, inclusive of sales invoices & closure of WIP Maintenance of E-log books – Online portal for PPM planner Ensuring that all documentation is received from Sub-contractors with regards to Health & Safety and Company Legislation. Maintaining of the site sub-contractor records and Logbook System. Processing and passing for payment all supplier and sub-contractor invoices and dealing with any queries. Assisting with the mobilisation of new contracts If you have experience of the above and can demonstrate an aptitude for high level Math’s and English, are an effective communicator and have excellent stakeholder management skills then we want to hear from you.
