Due to the demands of continued success in our Large Enterprise sector within EMEA, we are now seeking a driven, detail oriented, and experienced account executive to fulfil the role of new business Regional Sales Manager. As a Large Enterprise Regional Sales Manager your primary responsibility is to build relationships with Enterprise accounts (>3000 employees globally), identify strong opportunities, and W I N BIG In addition, core responsibilities of the role include: Identifying the right opportunities from leads - through a combination of Discovery Due Diligence, Account and Engagement Planning Building Target Account strategies in collaboration with Marketing, Sales Development, and Channel Partnerships Taking ownership and control the sales process for each opportunity - combining internal / external stakeholder management, attention to detail, critical thinking and solution influencing leveraging the Safeguard Way structure Analysing the business and sales trends within your region to suggest the best approaches to meet and exceed sales targets Handling objections from potential sales opportunities Submitting monthly reports and sales forecasts, actively participate in monthly sales meetings, and share key insights Building upon relationships with existing clients as well as self-generating, creating and maintaining new key relationships developing new leads Using Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn to track contacts, accounts and generate new opportunities Performing any other duties related to the promotion, sales, and delivery of the Services as directed What we require from you: At least 5 years’ experience towards Large Enterprise SaaS solution selling Outstanding organisational and time management skills that allow you to manage your own time effectively and work to tight deadlines with an eye for detail and a calm approach when under pressure A good market reputation and a network of relevant contacts. Strong sales management experience within the EMEA region with a proven track record of success. A confident negotiator and influencer, liaising with C-Level Executives. Someone who is tenacious, self-motivated, results driven and pro-active with a strong work ethic Strong IT skills to be able to utilise video conferencing technology, understand and update CRM systems, create and deliver PowerPoint presentations
