Are you passionate about crafting an engaging social media strategy?
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing professional to support the team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will lead the social media strategy for Platform’s New Builds team and work with the wider Sales & Marketing team to plan, execute and report on the Marketing strategy and promotional marketing initiatives to position Platform as a leader in all tenure offerings.
This is an exciting, varied role where you will plan and deliver the social media strategy for Home Ownership and look at new ways to elevate social media exposure. You will also utilise and manage a social media budget to plan, deliver and report on social media advertising.
This role is on a fixed term contract for up to 12 months.
What could you be doing as a Marketing Co-ordinator?
Planning and delivering the social media strategy for Home Ownership and looking at new ways to elevate social media exposure, monitoring and maintaining engagement levels.
Working with the wider sales and marketing team to produce a regular schedule of content to promote Platform Home Ownership initiatives.
Attending regular site visits and meetings where required to support with signage requirements, photography and video creation across our operating regions.
Conducting quarterly competitor research, as well as marketing trends and industry updates to incorporate into the home ownership marketing strategy.
Working with agencies and third parties for content creation to be used across social media and marketing campaigns.
Creating and managing email marketing automation campaigns.
Some of the things we are looking for:
Experience working within a Marketing role, ideally gained in New Homes Sales.
Proficient in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM systems.
A results driven and proactive approach to your work.
Experience working hands-on with SEO, social media and email marketing.
A University degree or Marketing qualification would be preferred but not a requirement.
