The role
holder, together with the other manager positions, supports the FCT’s objectives by taking responsibility in areas relating to:
1. the development of AML policy and procedures;
2. periodic monitoring;
3. the provision of subject matter advice to the client-facing practice and client onboarding team;
4. Suspicious Activity Reporting;
5. Financial Sanctions screening;
6. awareness and training;
7. the development of effective MI;
8. formulation of the firm’s response to regulatory initiatives.
They will typically have experience within the risk management /compliance / forensic services functions of a professional or financial services firm;

10. Ideally, the candidate will be educated to graduate level and hold a professional qualification from the International Compliance Association or an alternative relevant professional body.
