My client is a contractor based in New Beaconsfield who is looking for a new Document Controller/Secretary.
The vacancy is to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the document control filing and archiving in accordance with the company procedures.
2. Check the validity of the documents in accordance with the Document Numbering System.
3. Record the documents in the company database, organise the dispatch, and collect the comments.
4. Provide full secretarial support to management including arranging meetings, producing agendas and minutes, circulating and collating information, and arranging diaries.
5. Provide administrative support to the team and comprehensive support to the department as required.
6. Liaise with other companies/sites.
7. Various other duties will be included on a day-to-day basis.
2-4 years minimum experience within the construction industry is required.
