We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join us at our HQ based in Slinfold. By joining AJW Group, you will become part of a world-leading independent specialist in the supply, exchange, maintenance, repair, and lease of commercial and business aircraft spare parts. Working within the Power By The Hour team you will be responsible for managing and supporting our customers, maintaining and developing long-term relationships, and delivering world-class services. What you will be doing Management of Customer requirements Coordinating customer orders Negotiating and procuring parts Interface with other departments to facilitate on-time delivery Credit Note and Query Invoice follow up Day-to-day customer communication and interface Coordinate contractual review meetings with the customer base. Management of operational performance data against contractual targets Exceeding Customer Expectations and Company standards Creation & updating of Customer Procedure Sheets Monitor and ensure a satisfactory response to any customer query received including escalation as required and regular feedback. Use Quality systems to understand any process failures and work constructively with others to identify root causes and address them, including any necessary process improvements.
