Key Responsibilities
As an Admin Scheduler, you will:
* Coordinate and manage schedules for staff, appointments, meetings, and projects.
* Maintain and update calendars, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, correspondence, and document management.
* Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to confirm and adjust schedules as needed.
* Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Provide general administrative support to the team and management.
