Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the locking and unlocking of the library for meetings when the library is closed.
2. Arrange furniture for meetings as required.
3. Be responsible for the health and safety of attendees.
4. Supervise areas of the building as directed, including preparation for meetings and security of the building.
5. Ensure the library and its surroundings are kept tidy and in good repair to safeguard staff and the public.
