Responsibilities
1. Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on plant and equipment.
2. Provide technical support to customers.
3. Fault diagnosis.
4. Customer on-site servicing and repairs across NI and ROI.
5. High level of customer service.
6. Ensure all jobs and service records are completed accurately and on time.
7. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and ensure safe working practices are adhered to.
