Hours: 40 hours per week – 6 months fixed term contract.

What you will be doing:
We are looking for a motivated HR professional to join our busy People Team on a 6-month Fixed Term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy HR environment where you will be able to further develop your Business and
HR skills.
* Be the first point of contact for answering HR queries and manage the HR inbox, ensuring best practice and adherence to
process.
* To be the lead for our HR system, ensuring the system is fully utilised and kept up to date.
* Provide general HR and ER advice and guidance.
* Assist in the performance management processes
* Policy and process review including providing recommendations on improvements and adaptations in line with best practice and
employment law
* Provide statistical data and reports for benchmarking
* Ensure that employees are kept informed regarding People policies and programs as needed.
* Managing our service awards and employee reward scheme.
* Support with recruitment administration when required
* Provide support to the Senior Leadership Team, People Manager and HRBP.
What we need from you:
* Ideally, Level 3 CIPD or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
* Good knowledge and understanding of UK employment Law
* Experience in the compilation of statistical data and reports
* Experience of using HR systems
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with all levels
* Excellent attention to detail
* Resilient and able to work under pressure
