Our client, a leading UK charity dedicated to supporting children with brain injuries and neurodisabilities, is seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse for the Senior Registered Nurse role. Role Overview: As a Senior Paediatric Nurse, you will:
Lead and manage a team of Paediatric Nurses (Band 5) and Children’s Support Assistants
Ensure high-quality care delivery for children with complex health needs
Collaborate with families for assessments and care planning
Support team development and engage with research
Manage staff performance and deputise for the House Manager when requiredSalary & Benefits:
Competitive salary up to £50,500 per annum
37.5 hours per week (mixed shifts)
35 days holiday (inclusive of Public/Bank Holidays)

Registered Nurse qualification with a degree
Essential experience as a Paediatric Nurse
Advanced communication skills and experience working with children
Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care
