Health and Fitness Manager-Basingstoke and Deane CLT
Location: Basingstoke Aquadrome, Basingstoke, Hampshire, GB, RG22 6PG
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours/Pattern: 40 hours per week, between Monday to Sunday, shift pattern and occasional weekend work when required (events etc)
Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 per annum + Excellent benefits

As the Health and Fitness Manager, you will be an ambassador for our member services, studio, and gym floor signature products, ensuring that your team delivers the required consistent standards.
The role involves accommodating the ever-changing demand in member non-paid and paid services within the arena of Health and Fitness, ensuring that our teams deliver an unrivalled service model within every centre.
You will lead an expert team of Health and Fitness Professionals, including Leisure Team Apprentices, Health and Fitness Coaches, Rental Personal Trainers, and Group Exercise Instructors.
You will help facilitate a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities, free membership, and various discounts.
About you
The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who takes pride in providing the best service possible for those who visit the centre and goes the extra mile for customers when required.
You will also have a good standard of personal presentation, communication, and customer service skills.
It is essential that you have a level 2 Fitness instruction qualification to be considered for this role and are actively working towards an advanced instructor qualification (level 3).
It is desirable that you hold any group training qualifications (Circuits, Indoor Cycle HIIT Training); however, full training will be provided.
