About the Role
Pay Details: Grade 5 SCP 8 – 12, £25,922 - £27,711 (Pro Rata), £13.47 - £14.36 (Hourly Rate)
Hours of Work: 32.5 hrs per week x 39 weeks - Term time only and will include inset days.
Description:
We are looking to appoint Cover Supervisors. Working with the members of the Learning and Wellbeing Department, the successful candidates will supervise whole classes during the short term absence of teachers and support the running of the internal inclusion room. The main focus of such cover will be to respond to questions, assist pupils to undertake set activities and stay on task, and maintain order. In addition, they will provide support for individuals and groups of pupils to enable access to learning, which could include those requiring detailed and specialist knowledge in particular areas, e.g., literacy, numeracy. The successful candidate will also be supporting pupils to reflect on incidents and support positive change while working with pupils in the inclusion room.
