Position: Maintenance Joiner
Location: Liverpool
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Overtime + Benefits
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional on-call rotation

In this role, you’ll work across various commercial and industrial sites, ensuring the quality upkeep and repair of woodwork and joinery within client buildings. Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on woodwork, furniture, doors, and other fixtures.
* Complete joinery tasks, such as fitting, repairing, and modifying doors, windows, frames, and other wooden structures.
* Conduct inspections and identify areas requiring preventive maintenance.
* Keep accurate records of work completed, including risk assessments and maintenance logs.
* Communicate effectively with clients, providing technical support and advice when required.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards on-site.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Joiner, ideally within a facilities management setting.
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent qualification.
* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
* Full UK driving license.
