Work Experience here at Ceres: At Ceres, we acknowledge that upcoming students from Year 10 onwards require insightful and knowledgeable work experience. The purpose of work experience supports students to: Gain experience within a workplace to support in the early stages of their CV To work alongside specialists in their field of work To provide a hands-on experience by supporting a company during working hours To inspire students within the workplace and gain valuable knowledge in their chosen field of interest To encourage students in considering potential career pathways To help students identify their passions and explore these routes within their education/future career plans Available Work Experience Placement Weeks: Due to the high demand of work experience requests, we are limited to how many placements we can offer to ensure there is minimal disruption across the business. We aim to offer as many opportunities as possible, however this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
