We are looking for an established HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team here at Hospice in the Weald.
This role will see you provide HR guidance to both staff and volunteers in the Hospice, supporting managers with advice for general HR matters, overseeing the recruitment process and planning, supporting payroll processing and HR administration.
Based in Pembury, you will be part of a small team of HR professionals, including both staff and volunteers, providing HR support to all departments of the Hospice.
If you feel you have the relevant HR experience to excel in this role, and have strong administration, communication, ER knowledge and relationship building skills, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for someone to join our team as soon as possible.
