This is an exciting opportunity to work at the leading edge of thinking in the electricity industry, at a time when it is on the path to net zero. You'll be the primary contact for end-users, providing training and support, coordinating with IT, and managing reporting templates. Applying and monitoring of KPls to meet company and regulatory deliverables
Support the annual regulatory reporting submission in the retrieval and allocation of assets installed and removed in the regulatory period and allocation of the associated costs
Undertaking bespoke data extracts using SQL to monitor various aspects of delivery of the capital plan
Interpret and interrogate the system to supply data, summaries, and visual representations based on the intended audience
Highly IT literate
Confidently and efficiently deliver meetings and able to facilitate discussions with groups of people with disparate aims to meet defined project requirements and delivery objectives
Highly numerate with strong analytical skills - able to analyse and interpret performance data, form logical conclusion, and ask critical questions of the information
Uses a rational, data driven approach to decision making to remain objective, minimize risk and to justify the selection of a course of action
Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills
Undertakes routine analysis with little or no supervision and uses problem solving techniques along with Plan, Execute, Measure, Correct
Identifies and analyses trends and patterns in information detecting key issues
Highly proficient in Microsoft applications
System analysis experience
Process mapping and analysis
A good working knowledge of SQL
Proficient with statistical and/or econometric analysis
Project management skills
Financial accounting
