Your role
Berry Group are currently recruiting for a Service Team Manager to join our BMW dealership in Chiswick. Working as part of a team and reporting to the Aftersales Manager, this role offers you the opportunity to use your leadership skills to drive performance on our service reception.
What will I do on a daily basis?
* Provide day to day guidance and direction to a team of Service Advisors.
* Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction are delivered at all times.
* Identify areas of improvement for the service reception department to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
* Plan ahead and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved.
* Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, dealership colleagues, suppliers and external representatives.
Your profile
* You would have experience in a similar role within a vehicle dealership.
* Ability to remain professional, calm and positive at all times.
* Approach tasks eagerly and cooperate fully when requested.
* Proactive mindset.
* Positive, can-do attitude.
* Outstanding organization and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
