Job Title: Procurement Assistant
Grade: 3
Hours: 37.5 per week
Do you thrive in a fast-moving environment, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service? If so, due to internal promotion we have an opportunity for you to join our procurement team at Dorset County Hospital where you will support coordinate the day-to-day purchase to pay (P2P) activity to ensure goods and services are available for use in patient care.
You will:
• be passionate about getting value for money
• promote the delivery of a high-quality customer focussed service
• encourage and drive continuous improvement.
• be comfortable learning and using new systems
You have:
• exceptional communication and people skills
• the ability to work using your own initiative
• experience in data analysis
