Sales Administrator
Location: Blackpool
Salary: £30, per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Sales Administrator to join a well-established automotive retailer in Blackpool.
Applicants must have previous experience in vehicle sales administration within the motor trade.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the sales team to invoice vehicles, apply road tax, and register warranties.
2. Support the sales process with ownership transfers, taxation of used vehicles, and cherished plate applications.
3. Ensure all customer and vehicle data is accurately maintained and compliant with GDPR regulations.
4. Keep vehicle stock records up-to-date and assist with month-end report reconciliation.
5. Confidently register new vehicles using government RAV (formerly AFRL) systems.
6. Effectively manage high volumes of transactions and organize workload efficiently.
7. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for vehicle transfers and swaps.
8. Assist in auction preparations, including accurate paperwork and specification documentation.
