What We're Looking For: Proven experience as an Estimator is a must, subcontractor experience is a plus Strong numerical skills with the ability to analyse technical drawings and project specifications. Exceptional communication skills, with the confidence to liaise directly with clients and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
