We're looking for a Property Inspector to join our dynamic Kitchen & Bathrooms Team and make a real impact to the lives and homes of our customers. Your main duties will be assisting in the delivery of the repairs and maintenance service across the Asset Delivery Department, including pre and post inspections, contractor liaison and accurate implementation and documentation of inspections through our open housing system. The role will also require you to monitor the quality of works both within the internal direct labour organisation (DLO) and External Contractors along with ensuring Health and Safety compliance.
