Our client is looking for a temporary Ticketing Manager to cover for two weeks annual leave. The role will involve handling ticket inquiries, including online, face-to-face, and over the phone, ensuring that all customer queries are addressed promptly. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in ticket sales and ideally be proficient in the use of Ticketmaster.
Responsibilities
* Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
* Handle ticket-related queries, both over the phone and face-to-face
* Monitor and maintain the functionality of the Ticketmaster system to ensure smooth operations, addressing any technical issues
Skills & Experience
* Experience in customer service, resolving any issues and dealing with queries
* Excellent communication skills with a professional and telephone manner, ensuring clear conversations with customers
* Proficient in using the back-end features of Ticketmaster
Vacancy Summary
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: c£14.00 per hour, plus holiday pay D.O.E
