CALLING ALL BDM's in the West Midlands area looking for a new fabulous opportunity.
MUST LIVE IN THE UK TO APPLY AND HAVE A FULL DRIVING LICENSE.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to promote and sell this well-known luxury brand of products and treatments to salons and spas across the West Midlands, including Warwickshire, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Leicestershire, and Northamptonshire.
The role involves generating new business, managing existing accounts, delivering training, and organising regional workshops.
You will work flexibly, with occasional evenings and weekends, and be responsible for achieving revenue and new business targets within your designated area.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales and new business targets within your territory.
2. Build strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and staff.
3. Conduct in-salon training and presentations on products and treatments.
4. Organise regional workshops and training events.
5. Report on sales trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
6. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the products.
7. Support and grow existing salons with product training and promotional activities.
8. Work closely with the Sales Manager to plan visits and promotional cycles.
9. Attend company meetings, training sessions, and trade shows as required.
Requirements:
1. NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent, with experience in electrical therapies is a MUST.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the beauty industry.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
5. Full, clean driving license and regular eyesight test.
6. Ability to organise, report, and manage time effectively.
