Position description
The Business Operations Analyst will support the daily functions of the Business Operations team, focusing on process optimisation, data analysis, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working closely with the Business Operations team to review business processes and company policies to generate improvements throughout TECOSIM UK
* Support various data entry tasks as required
* Writing and sharing internal announcements with the TECOSIM Team
* Support with procurement and travel booking when required
* Provide administrative support to the company compliance team including: Document management administration, Document reviews, and Health and Safety Administration.
* IT administration tasks including: Creating IT accounts, IT asset and cost tracking, Generating monthly reports to send to Management, Ensuring the mobile device system is up to date.
* Prepare reports and presentations to support operational decision-making and business development.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
* Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, meeting coordination, and record maintenance.
Skills required
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* A lateral thinker who sees a problem as a challenge with good attention to detail
* Strong decision-making skills.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with people at all levels within our organisation
Education/Experience required
Education:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
* Ideal candidate may be studying for a masters in business administration (MBA)
Experience:
* Previous internship or project experience in business operations, compliance, data security, process improvement, or data analysis is preferred but not required.
* Previous experience in an office environment, ideally within a business function such as HR, marketing, etc.
