You will support the sales of the business with your excellent product knowledge, organisational and data management skills to deliver your own sales to meet targets, while bringing passion and excellent services to every customer interaction to help drive the company forward in this exciting time. This role is not a design role; it’s an end-to-end customer focused opportunity, balancing between interpreting, creating & producing digital drawings from the customers' specifications.
Specific tasks include but are not limited to:
* Sourcing new sales opportunities and developing existing customer base.
* Solving customers’ needs by understanding their particular requirements.
* Maintaining and developing effective and efficient communications with customers.
* Developing relationships with key accounts so that clear communication lines are open.
* Helping to develop new business, ensuring potential clients are aware of what our business has to offer.
* Raising Sales Orders, checking stock availability and raising quotations.
* Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
* Reading and correctly interpreting customers' drawings in varying formats.
* Working in 2D CAD and basic drawing skills.
* Supporting the production team on programming & drawing requirements.
The Candidate:

* Hands-on mentality with great attention to detail.
* Team player and good communicator.
* Resourceful.
Essential skills for the role:
* Demonstrate experience of an aptitude for sales.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Confident and professional telephone manner.
* Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast-moving environment.
* A positive go-getting attitude and ability to work within tight deadlines and targets.
* SigmaNest experience is desirable however not essential.
Basic CAD understanding with training offered for the right candidate.
* Must have confident computer skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Good organisational skills including the ability to manage time and prioritise effectively.

Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
