What You'll Do:
* Partner with Schools and Professional Service leadership teams to deliver their vision and strategic direction.
* Use data to identify people priorities and drive decision-making.
* Lead workforce planning to ensure an optimal balance of staff.
* Lead on OD and change initiatives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to solve people challenges and mitigate risks.
* Support senior leaders in achieving the Universitys strategy.
* Coach and advise key stakeholders on people management matters.
* Drive engagement improvement activities.
* Address people issues and ensure leadership behaviours are evidenced.
* Deliver successful projects and change initiatives.
Proven experience in HR Partnering or Consultancy.
* Significant experience leading OD initiatives.
* Experience in leading initiatives and managing multiple priorities.
* Policy development and implementation experience.
* Strong interpersonal skills and resilience.
* Ability to analyse, develop, and implement strategy.
* Highly developed negotiation and influencing skills.
* Team-oriented mindset.
* Passion for developing a positive workplace culture.
