Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst - Berkshire – Global Pharmaceutical Company– Up to £55k Salary D.o.E + Bonus

The Role
This position is central to enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of customer-facing teams. Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering actionable insights to improve salesforce effectiveness
* Collaborating with internal teams to optimize resource allocation
* Providing data-driven recommendations to refine customer engagement strategies
* Provide analysis to improve salesforce and other customer-facing roles (e.g., MSL, market access)
* Support decision-making related to Customer Facing Team activities through detailed data analysis
* Collaborate with Data Insights & Analytics teams to develop dashboards for performance tracking
* Offer insights during business reviews, account planning, and other strategic discussions
* Produce ad-hoc reports on business metrics and performance as required
You
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, analytical environment. They should bring a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, with hands-on experience working alongside field teams and a deep expertise in data-driven decision-making. You should have:
* Experience working with sales teams and field-based roles
* Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to produce meaningful insights
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
* Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., ABPI, IPHA)
* Proactive communication skills, ensuring alignment and efficiency across teams
* Experience monitoring and improving sales processes, identifying opportunities for optimization
