Location: South Normanton, Derbyshire DE55 2JX
Job Type: Part Time (2 days a week with options for additional days for holiday cover) 16 hours per week
Pay: £12.56 per hour
Schedule: 8am to 4pm, Thursday & Friday or 8am to 4pm, Monday & Tuesday
What will you do?
As our new Yardman, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and timely completion of tasks during your shift. Your responsibilities will include:
* Loading and unloading pallet trailers
* Pallet sortation and replenishment
* Managing stock levels and maintaining yard housekeeping
* Conducting monthly and annual pallet audits
* Supporting yard maintenance, including gritting and snow clearing during winter months
What will you bring?
We are looking for a dedicated individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong desire to excel. You should possess:
* At least 2 years of warehouse/loading experience
* Counterbalance training
* A strong team player mentality
* Flexibility and sound judgment for effective prioritization
