We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operational Account Manager to be responsible for the technical and operational management of medical equipment, customer relationships, contract retention, and growth.
Please note that this is a field-based nationwide role, and medical devices experience is essential.

As the Operational Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Customer relationship management, retention of existing customer contracts.
2. Acting as a critical link between different commercial departments and the customer.
3. Reviewing and updating existing procedures.
4. Responsible for investigation of incidents involving medical devices.
5. Working closely with customer experience managers to monitor customer satisfaction and manage improvement initiatives.

The successful Operational Account Manager will have the following related skills / experience:
1. Extensive technical knowledge of medical devices.
2. Recognised professional qualification in engineering or clinical services.
3. Familiarity with appropriate national and local regulatory standards.
4. Extensive knowledge of MHRA Managing Medical Devices and associated legislation/regulations.
5. At least 6 years working with/for healthcare providers/suppliers.
