We are seeking a full time Technical Records Officer to join its friendly Continuing Airworthiness Management Office (CAMO). The position will be based at Doncaster Airport, and travel to other 2Excel and/or supplier sites may be required.
Reporting to the Technical Records Manager, the Technical Records Officer key responsibilities will include:
* Collating, recording and maintaining aircraft airworthiness technical records including daily flight data entry.
* Monitoring incoming paperwork, capturing data and cross-checking validity.
* Administrative tasks including but not limited to reviewing technical paperwork for accuracy and scanning documents
* Creation, dispatch and check-in of scheduled maintenance work packs.
* Updating Aircraft logbooks and continuing airworthiness records as required.
* Maintain the Aircraft archive and electronic back-ups in accordance with regulations and company Airworthiness procedures.
* Monitor Airworthiness Directive and Service Bulletin status, applicability and compliance.
The successful candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:
Essential
* Strong IT skills, including demonstrable ability to use Microsoft Office 365.
* Ability to work as part of a team and without direct supervision.
* Ability to maintain attention to detail in a busy environment.
* To be able to obtain Security Clearance (SC)/ Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) reference.
Preferred
* Experience working within an aviation CAMO/Airworthiness Records environment including the records management of large commercial airliners is preferable but not essential as full training will be given.
* Good knowledge and understanding of aviation regulations such as Part M, Part CAMO and Part 145 is preferable but not essential as full training will be given.
* An interest in Aviation
In addition, applicants must be able to demonstrate the Right to Work in the UK and it would be an advantage to hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
