Job Description
This role involves working on various tasks related to aircraft maintenance, including line maintenance, preventive maintenance, and modifications.
* Aircraft Maintenance: Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with UK CAA regulations.
* Troubleshooting and Testing: Perform built-in and manual tests, troubleshoot electronic failures, and replace defective parts as needed.
* Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support by documenting repairs, assisting in spare inventory tracking, and interfacing with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate effectively with management and other teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
* Operate vehicles safely around airport properties, adhering to health and safety standards.
* Licenses and Certifications: Hold a valid A or B1 or B2 license with a Type Rating on (A380, A350, A330, A320, 787, 777, 767).
* Education and Experience: Possess general knowledge of electrical mechanics and experience in commercial aviation, military service, or technical school.
* Skills and Abilities: Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, adaptability to extreme weather conditions, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Requirements: Possess a valid UK driver's license and be willing to work shifts.
