Data Analyst
Hybrid working from Portsmouth or London Office
Salary: £50,000
Responsibilities
The Data Analyst collects, transforms, aggregates, and analyses data using data analysis tools to make the data accessible to the company (e.g. Consulting and Project Services delivery teams and clients) through the development and presentation of data visualisations (graphs, charts, tables, dashboards, and reports). This information will assist the company and clients to make decisions by identifying facts, trends, and improvements.
Works with the customer and company delivery teams on collating and compiling information from various data sources, both structured and unstructured. Manipulation of the information using a variety of tools provided; Excel, SQL, Python, and/or vClarus.
Generates reports, dashboards, graphs, and visualisations that showcase the data in an easy-to-understand format to all relevant audiences.
Qualifications
* Excellent knowledge and technical skills in Microsoft Excel and BI/Reporting visualisation tools with the ability to create clear reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
* Strong ability to manipulate and manage large data sets for ingestion into other tools for reporting and analysis.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to explain technical scenarios to a broad range of stakeholders.
* Always looking to improve ways of working.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Certifications: PL-300
Experience
* Good level of experience in delivering customer solutions.
* Proven skills in delivering customer projects.
Desirable skills
* Metabase, Power BI.
* Python.
