1023CW Project Support Administrator Sizewell C, Suffolk Long term, Full-time £132 PAYE to £190 UMBRELLA per day Job Title: Performance Improvement Project Support Description & Background: The Sizewell C Project is seeking a Performance Improvement Project Support specialist to join their growing team on one of the UK's most exciting and largest megaprojects. Reporting to the Performance Improvement Manager within Nuclear Compliance, Audit and Performance Improvement, this role will provide crucial project support in the evaluation, testing, and implementation of a new IT system and all associated procedural and document updates. This is a demanding position that combines excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to manage diverse workloads. Principal Responsibilities: Support the PI Manager, Organizational Learning Team, and IT team in evaluating potential IT systems Provide project management assistance including stakeholder tracking and engagement Work with stakeholders to capture relevant views and requirements Support IT with developing test scripts, user journeys, and required documentation Arrange testing/engagement sessions and record/collate outputs Support development and improvement of procedures and documentation Monitor and assist with reporting activities and metrics Track governance processes and ensure relevant authors complete actions Maintain records and data on Teamcenter, SharePoint, and other systems Take meeting minutes, record actions, and track to completion Facilitate the flow of commercial processes between technical functions and commercial teams Required Qualifications & Experience: Previous team support experience Experience in collecting, processing, and presenting data Excellent organizational and administrative skills Experience with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Interest or experience in organizational learning theory/practice Interest in project management Experience in IT testing, development, or implementation desirable Essential Skills & Attributes: Attention to detail and accuracy Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide challenge and ensure action completion Experience managing competing priorities and demands Flexible, integrated approach with ability to multi-task Discretion when dealing with sensitive information Ability to work on own initiative Salary, Location & Details: Based in Suffolk with hybrid working available Long Term, Full Time £132 PAYE to £190 UMBRELLA per day This role offers an exceptional opportunity to join one of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects that is critical to the UK's NetZero targets.
