The Job:
As a DevOps Engineer in this role, you’ll collaborate closely with developers and internal business units to deliver Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions with ServiceNow. Here’s how your responsibilities break down:
1. Development and Implementation : You’ll actively participate in developing, testing, and implementing code to achieve the team’s goals. This includes writing scripts, automating processes, and ensuring smooth deployment.
2. Agile Teamwork : You’ll be part of an agile team, working collaboratively from start to finish. Agile methodologies emphasise iterative development, continuous feedback, and flexibility. The product owner’s guidance will be crucial throughout the process.
3. ServiceNow TPRM Knowledge : Your familiarity with ServiceNow TPRM is essential. You’ll leverage this knowledge to address risk management challenges related to third-party vendors.
4. Issue Resolution and Solutions : Beyond code development, you’ll actively engage with the team to identify and resolve issues. Exploring solutions, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operations are key aspects of your role.
5. Stakeholder Interaction : You won’t work in isolation. Interacting with team members, third parties, and clients is critical. Effective communication and collaboration will drive successful outcomes.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
6. Strong decision making and problem solving skills
7. Applied experience with ServiceNow development in TPRM and IRM
8. Working understanding of ServiceNow administration settings and deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform as well as experience delivering medium to large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
9. Comfort working in an agile environment with constant feedback and interaction with the team and ability to work under high pressure.
10. Flexible and adaptable to change, and continuous learning mindset
11. Customer focused
12. Good understanding of ITIL
Plus, applied working knowledge of:
13. Enterprise and/or IT Service Management
14. Experience in REST API/WEB Integrating ServiceNow with any 3rd party data sources (i.e. SAP Ariba supplier master, BCM)
15. ServiceNow platform operations and management
16. Process and solution integration, workflow design/configuration, and reporting
17. Integration components (SSO, LDAP, e.g.) and web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services)
18. ServiceNow Development APIs and diagnosing performance-related issues
It’d also be great – but not essential - if you’ve got:
19. Any of the following certifications - ServiceNow Admin, ServiceNow IRM, ServiceNow TPRM
