Insurance Administrator
Barker Munro recruitment Ltd, a leading insurance recruitment agency in Kent, is currently working with one of our prestige insurance clients in the region who is currently looking to recruit a specialist administrator to support their busy team and enhance their growth plans.
The role will be varied and will work under tight timescales supporting the specialist product teams within the business with general administration duties which will free up other parts of the business. You will be tasked with various duties such as loading quotes and presentations onto the system whilst working with the teams to ensure the data and reports from brokers are entered correctly on the system. You will deal with calls from customers about new information is required whilst proactively chasing supplier debt and managing office stationary to name a few duties. You will also deal with customers in a friendly and confident manner when booking appointments and assisting the various business functions. You will need to compile, update and reconcile management information including daily and weekly statistical data and set up Direct Debit Instructions. The company will offer guidance and training to be able to conduct your role efficiently if required.
