With strong profitability and a rapidly expanding team, we’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to provide high-quality support to our customers. What You’ll Do Handle customer queries via live chat, email, and phone with professionalism and a friendly approach. Resolve customer concerns quickly, including managing repair-related tasks and liaising with third-party service centres. Monitor and track repairs to ensure a smooth and timely resolution. Assist with customer reviews and feedback across various platforms. Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for response times and quality standards. Participate in weekly team meetings and regular training to enhance product knowledge. What We’re Looking For Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Proven ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and manage multiple priorities. A customer-first approach, with strong problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and a team-player attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Previous customer service experience is essential. Bonus Points: Experience in B2B customer support is a plus.
