Our client, a leading UK-based Business Energy Consultancy and Procurement Specialist, are looking for experienced Account Managers to join their team. As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of B2B clients, build strong relationships and handle the procurement of energy and water contracts. This role requires industry expertise, a deep understanding of contractual obligations, strong relationship-building skills and the ability to analyse tariffs. APPLY TODAY to take the next step in your career Key responsibilities: Managing and building strong relationships for portfolio of B2B clients Procurement of energy and water contracts (fixed and flex) Prepare consumption, CCA, SECR, Flex & TCR analysis reports Managing and procuring MOP / DA / DC contracts Invoice validation & management of billing issues & queries on behalf of clients Analyse and interpret consumption data, performance and reports and provide insight Run performance reports, interpret, and provide insight behind the numbers Provide support in client meetings and present market overviews and trends to stakeholders Skills and experience required: Degree level education or equivalent industry experience Experience in implementing industry processes and managing contractual obligations Strong communication skills, able to influence stakeholders and build long term relationships Strong analytical skills in relation to tariffs, the energy sector and legislative requirements Competent in Excel (intermediate to advanced level) Strong administrative and organisational skills The ability to manage high-volume workflows while maintaining quality standards Ref: AK-14907 Role: Account Manager (energy / utilities) Location: Hybrid – Cumbernauld, Glasgow Salary: up to 33k DOE plus bonus Benefits: Private healthcare pension flex working investment in personal and professional development.
