They are looking for an experienced Project Manager or Commissioning Manager with a strong building facilities background to join this journey. This is a brand-new position in a brand-new department, ideal for someone who thrives on being at the forefront of change and innovation. You’ll have the freedom to implement your own ideas and help shape the future of this pivotal project. Your Background: You should bring a solid track record as a Project Manager or Plant Engineer, with experience in: Delivering building infrastructure projects. Designing, specifying, and managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Services Projects using specialised contractors. Balancing technical expertise with project management capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee Contractors and Designer appointments. Review Designer Risk Assessments. Lead regular supplier meetings as the main building infrastructure representative.
