We are looking for confident Support Workers with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You'll be working 42 hours a week (days/nights/alternate weekends),making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Hope House.
Shift times 7.45am - 8pm and 7.45pm - 8am.
This is based in Hartlepool, Hope House supports adults living with a learning disability, including individuals who have additional mental and physical ill-health and behaviours that may challenge.
