There will be an on call commitment required as part of the post to cover out of hours working. There will also be an opportunity to develop further skills in scrub and recovery. You will be responsible for assessing care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care, developing and maintaining good unit management and organisational skills and assist with the provision of an environment conducive to the education of staff.
