Hunter Adams are delighted to be supporting our Edinburgh based client with sourcing an HR Advisor to join their team. You would be working as part of a small HR Team covering all generalist areas of HR in a hands-on role. This is a great opportunity for someone in the early stages of their HR career, looking for an opportunity to learn and develop.
Key responsibilities:
1. Supporting with all HR Administration
2. Onboarding new starters
3. Using Excel to pull data and present to support decision making
4. Supporting with Employee Relations casework
5. Contributing to HR Projects
6. Tracking sickness/absence and running review meetings
