Your new role
* Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
* Support the management team with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
* Handle incoming phone calls and manage the office inbox, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
* Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and in working order.
* Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
* Help organise and coordinate in-house and off-site events and meetings.
* Support HR with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
* Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses and processing invoices.
* Provide general support to visitors and assist with front desk duties as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
* Some (Ideally 1-3 years) experience in an administrative support role or a related field.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
