As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of A Plus Clean, working with both cold and warm leads to drive sales across domestic and commercial projects. Your Day-to-Day
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Engage with company-provided leads and self-source new opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets. Convert enquiries from various platforms, including Facebook, Google, and telephone, into successful sales.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor from inquiry through to survey and quote completion.
• Sales & Quoting: Conduct on-site surveys, prepare accurate quotes for exterior cleaning services, and work closely with the office team to maximise inbound enquiries.
• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially in the commercial sector, by networking with estate agents, property managers, and small businesses.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and the technician team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project execution.
• Professional Image: Maintain a professional appearance, be punctual, and ensure exceptional customer service that aligns with company values and safety standards.
• Reporting & Administration: Keep all customer information updated in the company’s IT systems (Genie AI, Big Change, CRM) and attend regular sales meetings to report on progress.
What We're Looking For
• Proven sales experience, particularly in B2C environments with a high conversion rate.
• Experience in estimating, surveying, or pricing projects.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• A full UK Driving Licence with minimal points.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
Bonus Points
• Previous experience in the cleaning or maintenance industry.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales management software.
• Experience networking with commercial clients such as estate agencies or property management firms.
